Meet Alison, Roland & Alan Professional Celebrants

Alison
Will help you to make your dream wedding ceremony in France a reality.
A lot of the couples talk about how easy I am to deal with. I aim to be diligent, calm and always listen to the couple's wishes and then write the perfect ceremony.
I come from a business background, having managed a team of people and so will hold your hand and help you every step of the way.
Working with Celebrants in France, the original celebrants since 2006, I am able to call upon expertise in all areas
I also help my family run a Sanctuary for British retired Police Horses here in France so have empathy with both people and animals
Roland
Will create and conduct for you a unique and meaningful wedding ceremony in France
I can bring a wealth of experience to your wedding day. I have a truly calm and personal manner and will put you at your ease straight away.
Coming from a professional background I will listen to your needs and worries and then create a most wonderful ceremony that you and your guests will remember forever.
I am a member of Celebrants in France - the original celebrants since 2006 and have gained much experience and knowledge working with a professional group of people.
Taking on a Sanctuary with over 50 horses and ponies including many ex British Police Horses from London, when my mother died suddenly, was a challenge that I and my family met full on and have since gone on to create a haven and a wonderful place for animals, children and adults alike so I feel that within my work as a Celebrant I can put my strengths to use helping couples with what is the most important life milestone they've celebrated so far.

Alan
This year we are pleased to welcome a colleague of Roland's from his Police days, Alan Kitchener, who has become a well regarded and trusted celebrant. Alan is also proud to say that he has worked with Celebrants in France - Please read below what Alan has to say about himself.

I retired from the Metropolitan Police after 30 years distinguished service. Having spent half of my career at New Scotland Yard handling major incidents and dealing with kidnap victims, you can be assured my demeanor is calm and reassuring.
A subsequent role as a Driving instructor underlines my ability to remain unruffled under pressure.
I will ensure that your wedding ceremony is tailored specifically to your requirements and will be an unforgettable and wonderful experience for you, your family and friends. My wife Carole and I love France and have a house near Bergerac in the Dordogne.
